Umut Ünleyen, the pianist born in Izmir, started his music life by playing the keyboard. In the following years, he continued his music career by playing classical and jazz music. During these years, he worked with various musicians such as Deniz Sipahi, Burçin Büke and Güç Başar Gülle. Umut Ünleyen, a pianist who puts his own unique view into classical and jazz music, performed with a wide range of musicians from every generation. In 2010, he met Eren Noyan and they started working together. In 2011, they performed at the International Istanbul Jazz Festival and afterwards he continued to played along with different musicians in other festivals. He, then, formed Umut Ünleyen Trio. Umut Ünleyen, continuing his career as a cook and as a musician, is working on his album project as a new step in his music career.
