Nedim Ruacan

Born in Brooklyn New York, has studied classical music and percussion as a child in goverment conservatory. Coming from an all jazz musician family, he competed studies at Bilgi University Music Department with full scholarship and studied at Berklee with teachers Mike Mangini and Jamey Haddad also with talent scholarship. After military service as a musician he toured around the globe including all over Turkey, Europe and Australia with famed local stars such as Sila, Sertab Erener, Demir Demirkan, Goksel and many more. He is known to have a deep pocket, steady groove and a high stage presence. He also does studio work, recording, arranging and writing modern music.
