Hakan Başar has completed his debut album called On Top Of The Roof with his records that were done when he was 13. Album released on 18th October 2019 by Ubuntu Music (UK) whose director is Mr. Martin Hummel and it has been distributed to the whole world. Also, Equinox Music is the distributor of this album for Turkey. 
After album's launch concert at Pera Fine Arts on 22nd October 2019, Hakan's first overseas concert were at Pizza Express Jazz Club Soho within London Jazz Festival on 15th November 2019. In addition, album takes place on all digital platforms...

Basak Yavuz is an Istanbul based vocalist, composer, arranger and educator. She started her career as an architect, but after winning the Nardis Jazz Vocal Competition in 2008 she decided to move to New York to study music.

Jazz in Turkey the documentary can be summarized as a project in which I explore the condition, evolution and interaction of Turkish jazz music and its musicians, in parallel to Turkish history.
